ISO Flow Cups
ISO Flow Cups are precision instruments used to measure the viscosity of paints, varnishes, inks, and other liquid coatings. Designed in accordance with international standards, these cups determine flow time by allowing the liquid to pass through a calibrated orifice, ensuring accurate and repeatable viscosity measurement. Widely used in paint laboratories, quality control departments, and coating industries, ISO Flow Cups help maintain product consistency and compliance with industry specifications.

Kosher Certification Services
What is Kosher?
The term kosher means proper or acceptable. Its origins are in the Bible and further detailed in the Talmud and other Jewish traditions, defining which foods are permissible under Jewish law.
Foods That Are Not Kosher
Certain animals, fowl, and fish—such as pork, rabbit, eagle, owl, catfish, and sturgeon—are not kosher. Most insects, shellfish, and reptiles are also prohibited. Kosher meat and fowl must be slaughtered in a prescribed manner, and meat and dairy products cannot be mixed in production or consumption.
Why Kosher Supervision is Important
Even products made from kosher ingredients may not be kosher if other factors are involved. For example, cereals may contain non-kosher coatings, and potato chips can be non-kosher if fried in oil processed on non-kosher equipment. To ensure compliance, all ingredients, sub-ingredients, and production processes must adhere strictly to kosher law, often requiring kosherization of equipment.
What Kosher Certification Means
Kosher Certification is an official approval by a rabbinic agency. It confirms that the product, its ingredients, and its production facility meet all kosher requirements. The Kosher Certified symbol assures consumers that both the product and its manufacturing process comply fully with kosher law.
Rabbinic Coordinator (Account Executive)
A dedicated Rabbinic Coordinator (Account Executive) will manage your application, guide you through the certification process, and address any questions or concerns. They serve as your main point of contact throughout the certification journey.

Melt Flow Index Tester
The IKON Melt Flow Index Tester is designed to determine the melt flow index (MFI) of plastic materials, providing accurate measurement of flow properties under controlled temperature and load conditions.
The system consists of a heated extruder tube, an interchangeable die (jet) through which the molten material is extruded, and a piston with dead weights to apply the specified load on the material. The extruder tube is manufactured from high-quality carbon steel and is heated by a band heater surrounding its outer surface. Temperature is precisely monitored and controlled using a PID controller.
The heater is insulated with mineral wool to ensure thermal efficiency. The assembly is mounted on a rigid stand for stability during operation. The lower portion of the extruder tube is insulated with PTFE to prevent the extrudate from sticking. The die is made of hardened and ground tool steel for durability and precision.
A silver steel piston, relieved at the upper end, moves smoothly within the tube cavity to push the molten material through the die. A guiding sleeve ensures proper piston alignment. The piston top includes a thermally insulated platform for placing calibrated weights.
The extruder assembly is mounted on a sturdy metal housing with a side-mounted sheet metal control panel that contains the PID controller, digital preset timer, and other electronic components.
The equipment is supplied complete with cleaning tools for the tube and dies, stoppers, and an extrudate cutter for convenient operation and maintenance.
