Shade Card Winding Machine
a) Digital Shade Card Winding Machine
The Digital Shade Card Winding Machine is designed to produce uniform yarn samples of 2” × 6” strip length, as per customer requirements. The machine allows adjustment of traverse length, spacing, and number of threads per inch to achieve precise and consistent winding results.
It is suitable for winding 10 to 12 samples simultaneously, making it ideal for preparing shade cards for textile mills, dyeing units, and quality control laboratories.
b) Digital Shade Card Winding Machine (Motorized)
This motorized model is equipped with a digital display to indicate the number of revolutions for accurate sample preparation. It allows two samples (50 mm size) to be run simultaneously.
