The Air Permeability Tester is designed to measure the air flow passing through textile fabrics. The system securely holds the test specimen between two flat surfaces, exposing a defined test area to controlled airflow. The Bursting Strength Tester is widely used to evaluate a material’s resistance to rupture. During testing, the specimen is securely clamped between two circular rings and subjected to gradually increasing pressure through a rubber diaphragm. This diaphragm expands under controlled hydraulic force until the specimen bursts. The pressure recorded at the point of rupture represents the material’s bursting strength.

The Colour Matching Cabinet is designed to evaluate colour consistency and matching of fabrics, yarns, and other coloured materials under controlled lighting conditions. The Fabric Thickness Gauge is a compact and precise instrument used to measure the thickness of textile materials with high accuracy. Designed for quick and reliable readings, it is ideal for laboratory testing and quality control, helping ensure consistency across different fabric types.

The Digital Flammability Tester is designed to evaluate the flammability characteristics of textile materials in a controlled environment. The instrument features a stainless steel safety shield of specified dimensions, open at the top and fitted with a transparent sliding front window for easy observation. A precision opening is provided at the lower front for burner adjustment.

A specially sized Bunsen burner is mounted at the base of the shield with a sliding mechanism for accurate flame positioning.

At the top of the instrument, a vertical clip assembly holds the specimen securely. Two stenter pin plates fitted with pointer pins are mounted horizontally on either side of the shield to prevent movement of the lower end of the specimen during flame application.

The specimen holder consists of two U-shaped stainless steel plates that clamp the fabric at the top and sides while leaving the bottom free. This arrangement provides an exposed test area of 50 × 305 mm. During testing, the holder is positioned vertically inside a draught-free chamber so that the ignition flame strikes the specimen centrally, 19 mm above the lower edge.

All metal components are finished with bright chrome plating and polished stainless steel surfaces, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life.

The Digital Humidity Cabinet is designed for precise control of temperature and humidity in laboratory and quality-control environments. It features a robust double-walled construction with a stainless steel interior and powder-coated mild steel exterior. The space between the inner and outer walls is insulated with glass wool to ensure excellent thermal efficiency.

The cabinet is equipped with a glass viewing door and an outer metal door fitted with a magnetic gasket and lock for secure operation. Two removable stainless steel trays are provided at fixed levels for convenient sample placement.

Humidity is generated through steam injection and regulated using the dry and wet bulb principle, with settings guided by the supplied chart. Digital electronic controllers display and control both dry and wet bulb temperatures. Forced air circulation ensures uniform temperature distribution, while cooling models are fitted with a hermetically sealed compressor for reliable performance.

The Digital Light Fastness Tester is designed to evaluate the colour fastness of textiles to light exposure using a 500 W Mercury Ballast Tungsten Filament (MBTL) lamp with internal phosphor coating. The instrument is suitable for testing all textile materials except photochromic-coloured fabrics.
