Digital Stroboscope Tachometer
The Digital Stroboscope Tachometer operates on the stroboscopic principle. When short, high-intensity flashes of light are directed at a rotating, oscillating, or vibrating object, the object appears stationary if the flash frequency matches its motion. This phenomenon enables accurate RPM measurement and detailed motion analysis without physical contact.
The instrument is widely used across industries for monitoring and troubleshooting rotating machinery such as textile spindles, electric motors, pumps, blowers, turbines, centrifuges, and automotive engines. It is also highly effective for motion-freeze studies including diesel engine nozzle spray inspection, online print inspection on rotogravure machines, vibration analysis, cavitation studies, spark plug testing, and timing adjustments in petrol engines.
